4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Market entry, sales, SEO ranking, distributor performance, and buyer decisions depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, approvals, or business results unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Pricing and Payment
Website pricing is provided as starting guidance only. Final pricing may vary based on location, travel, scope, urgency, translation volume, development complexity, and third-party costs.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, product claims, brand materials, approvals, compliance documentation, and timely feedback.
7. Third-Party Tools
Our services may use third-party providers such as hosting platforms, form processors, domain registrars, analytics tools, CRM systems, calendar tools, or payment providers. Their terms and policies apply separately.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing materials remain the property of their original owner. Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment, excluding third-party assets, open-source components, and our reusable know-how.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hibags Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or services.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are listed in CAD, invoices are issued by HI BAGS株式会社, and payment is accepted by bank wire transfer / international bank transfer. Single-visit services are paid 100% upfront. Monthly retainers are billed in advance with a 3-month minimum commitment. Website localization projects generally start with 50% upfront and 50% before launch. International transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.
